- If any issues should arise they are handled by Gary and scheduled with the appropriate trade. And then followed up with a walkthrough to confirm issues have been properly resolved.
Our quality is kept at the utmost standard, our General Contractor makes a point to be at the property at minimum everyday to communicate and coordinate with trades and clients.
Client have full access to Gary and or the General Contractor for any question they might have. We also offer to attend any meetings with the clients regarding any process or trade meetings.
Every project and budget is tailored to each individual, we sit down and go over the clients budget and expectations. Clients are able to be to control and manage to budget along with us with our Cost plus approach. We find it’s the best upfront and open communicative partnership.
Time frames can very due to the size and complexity of each home. Before construction even starts we give the clients a realistic timeline, and confirm the dates once house has hit the Prime stage. We do our best to adhere to the original time frames but schedules are sometimes adjusted. By prescheduling trades, picking finishes ahead of time and reducing changes made throughout the process we can ensure that your timeframe has minimal or no changes at all.
